Sven has been working with Lean and Agile for over 20 years—both in large organisations and as an independent across Central Europe. Originally from Germany and based in Belgium already since 14 years, he’s attended Journée Agile before, but this is his first time speaking. Despite his long experience, he remains curious and open to new tools—like 3D Welten, a facilitation method he’s excited to share in his session.
