I'm a professional working as an ITSM expert and Atlassian Champion in the fields of IT and Management using the Agile Framework on a daily basis. As someone who has an academic background in Social Sciences (ULiège), Sciences and Technology studies (Maastricht University), Computer Sciences (HEPL) and Management (ULiège, HEC), I like to shed some new lights on well-known issues by addressing them with a strong multidisciplinary approach.
