I am a mature, adaptable manager with over thirty years of experience in training and management. After working as a contract Scrum Master in the UK, I relocated to Galway, Ireland to engage in a Scrum Master role working within a SAFe framework. Since then I have accepted a new challenge as an Agile Transformation Coach assisted with organisational goal transformation. My experience in management is diverse, starting in the military then progressing through professional sport, BPO (Call centre) and finally IT project management. This has involved managing both financial and production targets internationally. I am passionate about agile software development and in particular my growth in the Scrum Master role. I find the agile transformation within an organisation an interesting challenge. Being a JavaScript/React developer provides the developer understanding for my role.
